Happy Coconut Day Shri Ram Ashram Public School celebrated World Coconut Day on 2nd September' 2022 to raise the awareness about the importance and benefits of coconut with the objective to harmonise, promote and coordinate all activities related to the coconut industry. The students of Grade II showcased their talent through a role play by telling the importance of coconut, known as a 'wonder fruit' for the myriad of benefits it provides to human beings. They also highlighted the different coconut producing states like Kerala, Karnataka, Tamilnadu and showed that this occasion was marked by famous experts and business people to raise awareness about coconut to help this industry to grow. The children relished the different items of coconut brought in their lunchbox. The main aim of this celebration was to encourage them to include coconut in their diet.
