On 14th November 2025, the 9th Acharya Sundar Singh Memorial Lecture, held as part of the 25th Silver Jubilee Celebrations of the school, was proudly organised. The distinguished guest speaker for the occasion was Ambassador Dr. Deepak Vohra, the former diplomat who served as India’s Ambassador to Armenia, Poland and Sudan & as the Technology Advisor to the former Prime Minister of India, Sh. P. V. Narasimha Rao. The programme commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp, followed by a warm welcome to the Chief Guest by the President of the School, Sh. Balbir Bajaj, Pr. M. L. Aeri (Vice President), and the members of the management: Sh. Rampal Chatrath, Sh. Dinesh Khanna, Dr. Karunesh Gupta, Sh. Sanjeev Khanna. Dr. Vinodita Sankhyan (Principal of the host school), Ms. Neetu Sharma (Principal, Shri Ram Ashram Senior Secondary School) and Dr. Sanjay Mahajan (CAO). Among the distinguished audience were Sh. Sudarshan Kapoor (Chairman, DAV LMC), Dr. Anita Bhalla (Pr SL Bhawans Public School), Pr. Anjana Gupta(DAV International School), Dr Neera Sharma(DAV), Pr Nidhi Mehra(Vivek Public) Sh. Arun Kapoor (Durgiana Temple), Dr. Viney Mehra (Former Vice Chancellor), Commanding Officer Sh. A. P. Singh, NCC, eminent doctors, industrialist, elite from the city and more than 20 principals of various CBSE and ICSE schools. The teachers, parents and students also graced the occasion. The school documentary was followed by a vibrant ‘Giddha’ performance and a melodious flute recital by the young Ashramites. The highlight of the programme was the lecture by Ambassador Dr. Deepak Vohra on the topic “Vision 2035: Role of Parents and Youth.” He also interacted warmly with the illustrious gathering. The Chief Guest was honoured with a souvenir and a traditional ‘Phulkari’. A Vote of Thanks was proposed by Principal M. L. Aeri, Former Director of Colleges, DAV Managing Committee (New Delhi), and Vice President of the School. The gala event concluded with the National Anthem.
