✨The School’s Independence Day was celebrated with Hon. Mayor of Amritsar Sh Jatinder Singh Moti Bhatia ji, with great fervour and enthusiasm. The School fraternity parents and students joined in commemorating this significant national occasion. The event was attended by President of the School Sh. Balbir Bajaj, Finance Secretary Sh. Madan Lal Arora, Members of the School Governing Council Sh. Dinesh Khanna, Sh. Surinder Duggal and Sh. Ashwani Malhotra, Principal of Shri Ram Ashram Senior Secondary School Ms. Neetu Sharma, Principal Dr. Vinodita Sankhyan, along with staff members of both schools, parents and students. The celebration commenced with the hoisting of the National Flag, followed by the National Anthem. The release of balloons symbolised the aspirations, hopes and dreams of a free, progressive and vibrant India. After the lamp lighting & the Green Welcome of the Chief Guest, an impactful multilingual Nukkad Natak, was presented followed by a thought provoking presentation by the teachers. In his address, S. Jatinder Singh Moti Bhatia appreciated the School’s initiatives promoting multilingualism and environmental awareness. He emphasised that such efforts foster unity, brotherhood and responsible citizenship. He urged all present to contribute actively towards cleanliness and sanitation of the city and preserve the beauty, dignity and sanctity of their city and country to be of service.
